Spectrum ISP supports firmware version v1.02.09 per the table provided by Netgear and I have the same issue. I haven't tried to contact Spectrum yet to see if they would update the router's firmware to a newer version or if updating to a newer firmware version would work with on the spectrum ISP. If anyone has had success with this, let us know. I will update after I try contacting Spectrum technical support with the results or if they'll even try updating the firmware.

    spectrum won't do anything. They don't support 3rd party modems and I've never seen them push a firmware for a customer. 

    Are you having an issue you think this will fix?
