Red Power Light
All lights were white, but no internet after a power blink. I tried unplugging for 30 seconds, but all I got was a red power light. Repeated unplugging 10x without success.
I unplugged and disconnected the coaxial cable. Waited a full minute. Reconnected every thing, powered back up, connected to the internet, now working fine.

Might have your ISP check the line signal and quality up to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in between the ISP service box and the modem.
Try a factory reset with the coax disconnected, then setup from scratch...connect the coax cable.
