Security questions
I am answering my security questions right but it won't let me in. Can someone help? Thank you

the security questions are for the password recovery option. If you didn't set that up, it still asks the questions but there isn't a correct answer.
In that case, you'd need to factory reset to get back to defaults (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on)
