Slow Internet Speeds

I have a C7000 nighthawk, my internet speed from my ISP should be around 100 Mbps, however every speed test that I have done is only around 17-24 Mbps upload and 1-2 download (I've tested both wired and wifi). Can someone please help explain why my tested speed is so low?

    Have the ISP ensure the service line and signals are good up to the modem. 

    Ensure no coax line splitters are between the modem and lSP line service box. 

    Try a different wired PC with the modem speed tests.
