Slow speed

Slow speed

Geek Squad first confirmed a speed of under 1. I contacted CenturyLink and after having me run a speed test, which showed download speed of .94, and checking that the problem is not on their end, they said to contact Netgear to raise my speed to 9. There is no way to contact Netgear if I don't have the service agreement for this modem/router. I am not savy and don't know the next step to take.

Hello Leew23

Did you check all your cords and connections make sure something is not going bad? You also may want to try and adjust the MTU level on the modem see if that improves the speed.
