Upstream light solid AMBER
Hi
I have the Nighthawk 7000v2 for 8 months now and it has worked great. But suddenly today I'm seeing a solid amber upstream light. The modem is working OK, I was wondering what this is?
Thanx,
James Kelly

Re: Upstream light solid AMBER
I presume you have the C7000v2 modem?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Re: Upstream light solid AMBER
Could be signal on ISP service line. Something the ISP will need to look into and help you with.
We can't help here much if we don't get feedback to questions presented.
