What does a flashing green upstream light mean on the CM500 modem?

are you sure you captured this exactly when US lights were flashing or after sometime?
the screenshots show Upstream channels are ok.
My apologies, I posted the wrong screenshot. It is flashing green right now (all others are solid green), and the Internet light is also flashing green. This is what I see:
we cannot see screeshot. Please post again and capture exactly when the problem is seen.

Do you happen to have the modem connected with a splitter on it you may want to remove it if so see if the modem improves if not you may want to have the ISP send someone to check your lines.
