XFinity says I am not getting speed because of my router
Not getting enough speed, I have a 100Mbps connection and I only get 25-30Mbps, Although this is Xifnity certified router but based on my call with XFinity earlier today, Net Gear routers are not good, Since I haven't bought it from them I should get one from them.
My question is why does Net Gear sell these bad routers?

Are you testing wireless or wired into the router?
What device are you using for testing?
Do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the modem event logs?

Testing speed on my MacBook Pro
I am not sure how can I get it, Can you share any link I can follow to get the logs?

Test it wired.
The C3000 isn't dual band. And 2.4ghz is a slow network and its sensitive to inteference.
Its the reason for dual band routers. In this day, I don't recommend single band routers unless you live in the country with no one around and you're using dialup/dsl.
