c7000v2 firmware out of date

Question

Trying to update the firmware becuase the app says its out of date.&nbsp; I can not figure out how to directly connect to the route it self.&nbsp; Any help would be great.c7000v2Thanks

Modem/router combo devices aren't user updateable. the ISP pushes the update.&nbsp;https://kb.netgear.com/000036375/What-s-the-latest-firmware-version-of-my-NETGEAR-cable-modem-or-modem-router
