c7000v2- trying to connect LTE Network extender. Getting 9A error. ISP says problem is Modem.

Protection setting too high. How do I lower this?thanks...

    Is this a micro cell device? 

    Is the device your connected to the modem ethernet or wireless? 


    Something to ask the Mfr of this device about.
