cm1000v2 connect status good; no internet connection
Hello,
My current firmware is V10.01.07 but I'm with Cox Cable and it should be V1.01.03 (Cox approved firmware). How should I proceed?

Cox pushes their approved firmware when they provision the modem. If they provisioned it with that firmware, its the one they support. The "latest firmware" list isn't always accurate for modems as its rarely updated.
