n150 hangs at same time every day

Okay, this is actually an N150 WNR100, but I couldn't find it in the list. 

Anyways, every single morning, without fail, at exactly 7:17am my router hangs for exactly 8 minutes. The lights still flash and my wifi stays connected, but there's no connection to the internet. If I get up and manually reset it, it works fine. Otherwise, if I wait it out until 7:25am it resumes connections. It's incredibly annoying as it's right in the middle of my morning routine. Any ideas as to what's going on and how to fix it?
