no turning on, network ligths flashing

router led aren't turning on, only network ligths in the back are flashing.

when a turn off the swith the power led turn red for a second.

damaged probably by a lightning.

 

any suggestion on how to fix it ?

    Try a different power supply. 

    Factory reset. 

    If nothing fixes this, modem needs to be replaced.
