wndr3400 After new spectrum service install i can not RDP, remote into or ping from outside.

C6300

WTF netgear. I don't want to pay for a dynamic DNS provider when there are free ones. Using the C6300 admin dashboard, is there anyway for me to connect to a free service like https://dyndnss.net/eng/

       Not really an appropriate Subject, is it?

       Visit https://dyndnss.net/eng/ , and look for "How do you use our
    free DynDNS Service?".  Ignore the way which begins with "with a
    router"?
