C6300 Reservations not working

My router will not let me set a static IP address for devices.

It worked fine three days ago. Comcast had an outage in our area two days ago. I don’t know if it started the problem or if it is just a coincidence.

I have followed the steps below many times without any luck.

Login to Netgear router

Advanced >> LAN Setup >> Add

When I click add, I get the Updating Settings screen with a full meter bar and then it goes blank after a while. Another issue is when I go to Basic >> Attached Devices, it doesn’t show all of the devices on the network. If I use the Netgear genie from my phone, it shows more devices connected.

I have tried the following methods and the problem is not fixed.

Reboot

Unplug router

Reboot from Comcast website

Factory Reset

Renew Lease

 

It is my understanding that Comcast controls the firmware so I can’t update it.

This is the firmware information.

C6300 Firmware              V3.01.12

Hardware Version            V3.0

I am extremely frustrated and would appreciate any help you can offer.
