C7000 firmware
I have a simple question for which I cannot find an answer for searching the forums. I would appreciate any assistance the community may provide. I have a C7000 and I am having a boatload of issues working from home hosting WebEx classes. The router-modem is not old and I assume that is meets the current WiFi standards. I checked the firmware and it is V1.01.15. I have searched the Netgear Knowledge Base and it has a list of firmware. Since they only list three ISP it is easy to understand why my ISP is not listed. However, the firmware versions listed for this model are v1.01.32. If I cannot update it manually and the ISP is supposed to update it and the firmware is nowhere close, how do I update it?

You can't.
It has to come from the isp. Even if you put it on a different isp with newer firmware that upgraded it, when you switched it back to your isp, their provisioning would have their approved firmware.
What issues are you having?
If you log into it and click on cable connection, take a screen snip of that full page and post it back here with your logs. that gives us a snip of your connection back to the isp.
if you have any splitters, attenuators, or amplifiers in line, i'd remove them.
Are you having issues on 2.4ghz, 5ghz, wired? what's all going on?
