CM500 blinking red light

Hi,  I have a CM500 Modem that is about 3.5 months old. Last week my internet suddenly went down. The modem has a solid green power light, but the up and down arrows continously blink red. When I pl...

Also, when I plugged in a different modem the internet immediately worked. So the issue is definitely this modem. Since it's only 3.5 months old I'd really like to not have to buy a new one if possible though
