Cm500

My CM500 stopped working out of nowhere, whenever I plug it in I have a blinking red power light and a blinking amber light on Ethernet. What can I do to fix this problem!!?

    Hello jlclayton32

     

    The modem could be bricked you could try to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds. If that does not work you may need to call support if the unit is still under warranty.
