How do you set the Timezone

My router keeps changing the  time zone on me and its super annoying! I have a schedule set for my kids to stay  off the internet at night but time zone keeps changing and jumping 4 hours ahead. So then they are locked out when they need to be doing homework. How do you fix this problem and also how do you change the timezone manually on this router? Please and Thank you
