Need help with C7800 Disconnecting Often and lag spikes
My C7800 is being used as a modem and router combo. Recently its been disconnecting often and manually restarting it would solve the issue for a couple hours. In addition there is huge amounts of lag when I try to game. I have tested multiple games yet the issue on my end. When I check the upstream and downstream(picture included), everything seems fine except for the uncorrectbles which I think is the cause for the packet loss.
I checked for splitters, and the coax cable. Everything is fine, I even switched out to the old modem/router and no problem existed. I hard reseted the C7800 twice, yet it did not solve the issue.
Can anyone please walk me through on how to solve this issue?

Is the gaming device wireless or wired?
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
