Night Owl app won't work on wifi with C6300v2

Night Owl camera system app on Iphone and Ipads won't connect back to the Night Owl server at my house while on my campers wifi. Works on other wifi. Camper modem/router is C6300v2. Haven't notice any other apps on devices not working, just my home Night Owl cameras.

    who's the isp for the camper setup? 

    Have you tried changing the dns provider? You can try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

      I honestly don't know much about any of this stuff. Just know my phones and laptop won't connect to my cameras back home on this wifi after I switched to this modem/router but will on any of the WIFI's around me. My internet is through xfinity if that helps. I do have the log in for the router and can check any of the setting if I have some instruction.

        IF this is the only app thats not working and others are, I would make contact the the mfr of this one app  to see if there is any help and information from them...There may not be any configuration changes needed on the modem if everything else is working.
