Nighthawk D7800 won’t detect DSL cable - Telstra NBN FTTN
I recently purchased a nighthawk x4s d7800 modem router and have been attempting to use it with my Telstra FTTN NBN internet. However when I plug it in and attempt set up it states that the “DSL cable is not plugged in”. I have tried following the manual, calling both Telstra and netgear and still do not have a solution to my problem. The only way I can get the “twisted cable” light to come on and the netgear to have a internet connection is if I plug it into my old Telstra modem through WAN/Ethernet.
Any ideas of the issue?
I have also made sure to select VDSL and no login required
