No VPN tab on my C7100V

I have a C7100V as a modem with an R7800 setup as an access point and I have a separate NAS unit with 4 TB. I would like to be able to VPN into my network from anywhere but on the C7100V the option isn't there and on my R7800 it is greyed out because of the mode. While I could change the mode from access point to router mode I would prefer not to because then I would lose access to the local devices on the C7100V.

    there is no VPN feature on C7100V.

     

    you should probably convert C7100V in bridge mode and then change R7800 in Router mode.
