T3 and T4 on CM1000 with Cable One

New internet setup in our new house and out of nowhere last week started experiencing super slow internet speeds. Called the ISP and they say its experiencing T3 and T4 timeouts. Since I'm not leasing their modem they aren't much help. i quickly checked for cable issues but without digging up the coax from the yard i cant see anything. Can anyone take a look at my power levels and event log and see if that gives any clues? Thanks in advance!!

If you are seeing a lot of T3 and T4 timeouts that is a sign of a signal issue. If you have a cable splitter connected to the modem try removing it see if the connection improves. But you may have to insist they come to check the lines and power levels in your home and your neighborhood.
