Temporarily turning off 5g to get a 2.4g device to work .... Model C6220 (AC1200)

I have a new WiFi camera that works only on 2.4g.  My router is both 5g and 2.4g. and i need to shut off the 5g just to get the camera to connect and then I can turn the router back to both 5g. and 2.4g.  I'm not the most tech savy 70 yr. old Fart !!  I can't fiqure out in the manual how to temporarily turn off the 5g when I log into the router (I can't find an off button on the control panel for the 5g).  HELP.....

You could simply change the 5ghz ssid to a different one. Then connect the phone to the 2.4ghz and go through setup.

There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
    Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
Its a great resource to start with on changing the 5ghz ssid.
