Ok. Only reason for the modem to reboot is when the conditions on the coas line are bad or lost, the modem will reboot here. The ISP signle on the line needs to be good for the modem to come back on line successfully.

I guess I'm not communicating correctly. I'm fine with the router rebooting when there is a connection issue. I just need the router to reboot to FULL FUNCTIONALITY. Reboot with the configuration it had before it experienced a connection issue. I don't care if reboots 100 times, but when the line is fine it should reboot and function without assistance.

I have rebooted the router and power cycled it a couple times, but I keep getting that banner. I won't power it off until it fails again, because the router looses its configuration when it restarts.
