Windows 10 crashes blue screen only when I try to connect to Netgear 5g

I have a windows 10 home 1607 connected by WIFI to a Netgear Model C6300 cable modem. For months both Netgear82 and Netgear82-5g connections were working fine. My other computers in my home still connect to Netgear82-5g fine. A week or so ago things changed. Now, I can only connect to Netgear82. If I try to connect to Netgear82-5g I get a blue screen that says Kernal_Security_Check_Failure. It reboots on its own, goes back to the desktop and reconnects to Netgear82,and works fine again.

I went to my Device manager and under network adapters I have "Realtek 8821AE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC"

I dont see a Netgear driver. I updated the Realtek driver, still same problem.

    Hello SMOLeo

Something has to be wrong with your wireless card if that is the only pc crashing when connecting to the 5g. I would contact your PC maker or try to remove the wireless driver and reinstall.
