c7000v2-trying to change wifi name and password

I am trying to change my wifi password and name but the routerlogin.net and routerlogin.com sites don't work. I spoke with support and they sent me a guide on how to reset my password, but it contains these links which still dont work. The Nighthawk app does not support my router
