cable modem CMD31T issue

recently had a outage with comcast and when the outage was over the 3/4 US light is not lit on both modems, comcast said it's the modems and that they are recieving the proper information from both modems, I've power recycled both several times, all lights are green except for that one that is not lighting up. any suggestions would be helpful.
