local network file transfer tool cant connect

Im running Linux Mint 19.3 on my Desktop and Linux Mint Xfce 20 on my Laptop....I have used Dukto (file tranfer tool) in the past which worked pretty well,(although it was kind of hit and miss)..Im in the process of trying to get "Warpinator" (pretty much the same thing as Dukto) to work but for some reason the two machines cant see each other, and Im wondering if there is a setting in the Router thats preventing this,..The Desktop is Wired and the Laptop is using "NETGEAR04" Network. Thanks in advance.

       Any other routers involved?

"see" how, exactly?  "can[']t" is not a useful problem description.
It does not say what you did.  It does not say what happened when you
did it.  As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual
results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than
    vague descriptions or interpretations.

What are the IP addresses of these systems?

Unless you're using a "guest" wireless connection, there should be no
particular trouble communicating between a wired device and a wireless
    device.

Thanks antinode.....Its like there not seeing each other to be able to communicate/or transfer files,....One of the guys on Mint forums suggested to check firewall settings in the router, but I didnt see that,And im not running firewalls on either machine.I am running an access point.
