wifi network name and password set up cm1000

I purchased my modem/router today and can not find where to set up the network name and password.

       A CM1000 is a modem, not a modem+router.

       That'll be done on the router, which is not part of a (modem-only)
    Netgear CMxxxx.  A Netgear Cxxxx is a modem+router.

     

    > Model: CM1000|Ultra-High Speed Cable Modem-DOCSIS. 3.1 Ready

     

       As it says, "Modem".  A CMxxxx is used with a separate router (like,
    for example, a Netgear Rxxxx).
