Mobile app not recognising my MR1100

Lots of issues here. Firstly when I download the mobile app to allow me to configure my router it says it does not recognise the product. Therefore I cannot move on

Second, when I install the Sim, the router tells me I need to configure my APN, then all of a sudden this disappears and I am connected

We went to France and I could not access the router anywhere so could not configure it for use in Europe

I am on the verge of binning the thing I am so frustrated
