Nighthawk M1, Code 3 - Remove battery ans USB
Hello,
if I use my Nighthawk M1 for a while, it suddenly switches off, the display becomes illegible (see pic.) and I get the error message "Code 3 - Remove battery to USB".
It doesn't matter whether I operate the M1 via USB or battery.
If I de-energize the M1 for some time, it then works again for some time.
The M1 cannot be used permanently in this way.
It's very annoying as it's recently out of warranty.
How to fix it?
Best regards,
Christopher

Re: Nighthawk M1, Code 3 - Remove battery ans USB
Hi,
sorry for the late reply.
No, I haven't solved the problem yet.
I also find it very disappointing for such a renowned company like Netgear that they leave their customers alone like that.
I can't find an address in Germany that I could contact for a repair.
Since the problem probably occurs more often, it would be right for Netgear to supply a replacement device for an additional charge.
But I will probably buy another device from another manufacturer - never Netgear again!
