Nighthawk M1 FDD Bands blocked by STC Carrier!

Dear NETGEAR moderators, We are using NETGEAR M1 in Saudi Arabia. All FDD bands were deliberately closed by STC. We only have a 2300 frequency (BAND40) and it’s very weak in Saudi Arabia. We kindly ask you to assist us in removing the unjust frequency blocking. By helping us change the IMEI or update the firmware to solve the problem.

thanks khalid for raising up this issue to NETGEAR.

         in addition to Mr.Khalid, STC dont have this right to do so according to their service agreement subscription.

thats mean, they abuse our rghits and effecting NETGEAR reputions as well .

Yes, there are a lot of frustrated customers, they have paid a lot of money to buy routers in different domains. They are desperate and the service provider is not in charge.

still the 4G bands blocked by STC company ... this is the worst thing to be happened, I do have a believe that the greatest company NETGEAR can act accordingly.B40 ONLY !!!

Thank you your understanding our situation, now the service provider has blocked our #NETGEAR devices by IMEI number, and as you know this is gana effect negatively NETGEAR reputation in the market worldwide, looking forward to get a suitable solution for us “Your Customer”

There is no communication sent to us why it is being block. Kindly call STC and ask why the device is being blocked.
