R7000, N600 & Verizon hotspot

I have a brand new R7000 router, an older N600 router, and a Verizon hotspot. The more I read about bridge mode, the more confused I get. Is there a way to connect the hotspot to either of these routers or no?
My end goal is to plug an Arlo base into one of routers via Ethernet.
