I'm in desperate need of help. I was on the phone waiting for support for over an hour then was hung up on. I'm waiting again and it has been 15 minutes so far. Here is my problem. I just connected my modem and xfinity did their thing. When trying to connect to the wifi on my phone or ipad I see setup followed by letters and numbers. There are 2 setup networks. When I click on one of them they ask for a password. I have tried every password with no success. Does anyone have a clue how to help me?
