net gear M1 saying mobile router not supported trouble shooting

I am having trouble connecting the mobile router to the app, it is saying the router is not supported.

Same here. I’ve been to ATT and nobody can help me. I am to my wits end.

Is this on an Android phone or iOS phone?

If you have an Android phone, please make sure that you have the latest NETGEAR Mobile App (v7.17) installed.
