Adobe Lightroom not able to verify subscription if desktop added to Circle

Hi - has anyone seen this issue...

 

If I add my desktop as part of "home' or another profile (like myself), make the Filter 'Adult' - I note that Adobe Lightroom (both Classic and CC) are unable to validate their subscription and as a result will not run. If I make this desktop 'unmanaged', it's good again.

 

Any ideas please?

    Hi epsom11, 

     

    Are you provided a URL that Adobe Lightroom uses to verify subscription? If so, you may need to set the URL to "Allowed" in the customer filter. You may also check your history (located in the profile) and select it as unmanaged.
