Circle admin password reset

Hi I have just redownloaded Circle and I am the only admin but no SMS is being sent to my number. I see older articles about messaging an employee from 2-3 years back. Is that the only way to fix my issue?

      The link that you have posted took me to a normal rootcause analysis page which I can also find using google search, it's not super helpful. 

       

      I have done every steps including uninstalling Circle app, enable and reenable parental control locally and retry, nothing works. 

      In my opinion, this is such a simple thing why make it so hard to get a 4 digit code for a parent? Every app that I have used, have the option to reset password in like 1 minute. 

       

      On the link that you have provided, it says the last resort is to factory reset the entire router, and then I think I need to END my Subscription to Circle.  And then reset up the router again with SSID and password, and reenable parental control (circle) from there and resubscribe.  Personally, I think this is a very damaging method to get a 4 digit code. 

       

      I am sure there's a simpler method to retrieve the code from the router itself, can we not contact Netgear support to pull it out from the backend?
