Disney Circle is blocking Ring Doorbell Pro

Hi. 

Ive tried to install a ring doorbell pro but each time I try to connect to the Wi-fi I get the message that it can’t connect to the router.

i have turned off Disney Circle and it connects straight away. 

I really need to have Circle running in the house. 

 

Any ideas how to allow Ring?

 

it didn’t even show up as connecting before it was blocked.

    1. What is the firmware version of the router?

    2. Have you tried setting the Ring Doorbell as an unmanaged device?

    3. If you have the doorbell set to a profile, have you tried setting the filter level to none?
