The R6080 has disney circle?

Hello, before buying the R6080 router I would like to know if it is compatible with disney circle. How is the system I have to buy another electronic device apart from the router? Or is the router enough? It should be noted that I live in Argentina and I can not buy outside my country. Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.
