How to limit the bandwidth for each individual devices connected to my router

Can you Help me to limit the bandwidth on perticular devices, I am using NetGear (WNR1000v2 - N150 Wireless Router) and firmware version of V1.1.2.58, As almost 4 Devices are connected to this Router, Which i want to limit bandwith speed to each device. 

I didnt find the Qos in my Netgear.

It could be help you if you provided in details with screenshots.
