FVS124G and youtube videos

I have a FVS124G. I recently moved into a new home and setup my structured media panel. As part of installing (or reinstalling) the FVS124G, I upgraded the firmware to v1.1.48. My problem is, if I try to view a youtube video, either embedded or from youtube.com, I receive the following: "An error has occurred. Please try again later". If I bypass the FVS124G, I can see the videos just fine.

The only items not factory default are admin pw and LAN setup. I can not think of anything that I could change in the setup to resolve the issue. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • You could change the router. Very old, and was always plagued with firmware issues.
  • Seems like older prosafe model have common streaming video issues been posted in the past
