Can anyone point me to a guide for setting up IPSEC VPN?

SSL VPN - Are separate policies required?  What versions of WIndows does it support?

Got it; read through those already.  Got the IPSEC tunnel up and running with only minor difficulties but still not quite sure about the SSL VPN.

What versions of Windows does the SSL VPN support?  I tried testing it on a Windows 10 laptop but that just fizzled (I click the VPN "button" and it just blinks at me).
