Netgear M4300-8X8F IPv4 Management VLAN not reachable

Hello,
I have two Netgear M4300-8X8F in a stacked group. For some reason I am now unable to ping the IPv4 management VLAN address or access the web interface. The only thing that is still possible is to ping this IPv4 via arping.
Right now I am connected to the switch via the service port. All other functions like LAG, VLAN etc. are still working.
What could be the reason for this?
My problem is that the switches are now installed for a few days and are in production use. I can't do much experimenting because of this. But if you still need certain outputs on the CLI or web interface just write...

I really don't know why now... but after two hours of waiting, the switch is pingable again. I'm kind of worried about that. What could be the cause?
