Meural Canvas II available space

Question

I created a new playlist of works from the membership library (177 works). When I try to play it, I receive a message that the Meural is out of space. I have 18.8 gb available in my cloud space, but space in the canvas settings is .5 gb available out of 4.0. How can I get this playlist to use the available cloud space?

Your ideas are spot-on.&nbsp;&nbsp;I really thought when Netgear bought Meural, the canvas would rise to the next level.&nbsp; But, they haven't really done anything with it.&nbsp; I think they've lost interest.&nbsp; I really enjoy my canvas, but have to spend too much time micro-managing the artwork because only a very limited amount of art fits before I run out of space.&nbsp;&nbsp;Come on, Netgear.&nbsp; Let's take some interest in making the canvas more useful.&nbsp; I'm so tired of seeing the same art repeat itself over and over.&nbsp; You take my subscription money every year, but seem to add nothing.&nbsp;

I am constantly OUT OF SPACE and unable to add new playlists from the art on Meural. The canvas has rediculously small amount of space available. I have space on the external drive and 3GB cloud storage remaining. Can I use that 3GB for the art on Meural. Or is that strictly for personal photographs?

Can Netgear provide clarity on how the cloud storage and onboard storage work? More specifically, how they work (or don't work) together?&nbsp;If I am limited to the onboard 4GB to show works and schedule playlists, what is the point of the cloud storage?&nbsp; My assumption is that the Meural would dynamically move works (or playlists) on and off the onboard storage as need. Or the Meural would use the onboard 4GB as a buffer to load in whatever playlists are meant to display / scheduled.I would makes sense to me that the scheduler would show all my playlists (not just the ones "on my Meural") allowing me to pick from anything uploaded or added to my cloud account. In the background, Meural cloud services would figure out when it would need to dump previous playlists and works according to the desired schedule. There are numerous similar examples of library cloud management services from Apple TV, Audible, Steam, etc. How is it that one of the largest network and cloud solution technology company is behind the times?
