Meural II canvas distorted images

Question

Hi there,&nbsp;I was wondering if someone can help with my Meural II canvas. The Meural has been working fine but recently the images have started distorting. see link to video below.&nbsp;IMG_0.MOV&nbsp;It would be good to understand how can I fix this or do I need to make a warranty claim.

Is it all images?&nbsp;
Or just your own?&nbsp;
If its all, first try a reset/reinstall.&nbsp;
If that doesn't help, then I'd start the RMA process.&nbsp;

It’s all the images - event those purchased from Meural store. What is the RMA process?

Looks like a hardware issue to me. Raise a warranty replacement ticket. If it’s out of support then try a factory reset and another power adaptor to rule that out. Failing that, as a last resort you could take the back off and take a look for any loose connectors.

Thanks - I tried the reset and used a different adapter but still having the same issue. have raised a warranty ticket.
