Armor Block Issue

Newly installed Orbi RBR-750 with Armor continuously blocks site after I continuously unblock it, never permitting access.  After some 10-12 attempts, went through a different route tonthe same site with no issues.  Please explain the functionality of unblocking a site if the system just reblocks it.  The site was listed every time in the unblocked site list but, upon attempting to connect, Armor blocked it again.

    Hello ddquick01,

     

    May you provide the current firmware version your router is on along with the Orbi app version you have installed. Please also specify if it's iOS or Android.

      Firmware version:  V3.2.16.22_1.4.9

      iOS Orbi app version:  2.7.6.3
