Cannot renew Armor Security
I own two netgear routers under the same account, at two different locations (homes), for which i had activated the one year Armor Security; it has expired as of today but when i try to update/renew on the app, it gives me the following message:
"Already contract is purchased for the account".
this is the same regardless of which router i am connected to.
How can i renew my armor protection?

- BruceWSInitiateI keep getting this same problem on my Orbi. It expired today and even when I was going in before expiration it was giving me this same “Already purchased” message. This is frustrating. Please advice. Thanks Bruce
