How to remove router from my Netgear Armor account?
I have seen similar threads to my issue in this forum, but none that indicate a successful resolution:
I recently purchased an Orbi 7 system; unfortunately a couple of my more important WiFi devices aren't working well with it so I intend to return it to the local store where I bought it. I was able to remove the two satellites from my Netgear account myself, but the Orbi 7 router required me to contact Netgear support due to the 1-year Armor subscription that came with the router and automatically activated when I set up the router via the Orbi app.
With Netgear support's help, I was able to get the router removed from the My Netgear account I have (about two weeks ago), but when I go to armor.netgear.com, the Orbi 7 router is still associated to my Armor account (the subscription shows as Expired). I contacted Netgear online support again, but this time they were unable to help remove the router from my Netgear Armor account, only stating that if someone buys the Orbi 7 system from the store again, the router will associate with that person's Netgear Armor account at that time. However, this thread (Netgear Armor tied to previous owner - NETGEAR Communities) seems to indicate that this is not actually the case.
Has anyone been able to successfully get a router removed from their Netgear Armor account, and if so, can you please explain how?

Can go here: https://armor.netgear.com
But I don't see anything to remove a router from the list.
Something NG support should be more able to help with.

Yes, armor.netgear.com is where I see the router that I need removed, and I don’t see any way to do it myself on that site either.
Ya something NG support may need to help out with.
